Our mission is to empower our advisors by providing them with a solid foundation that enables their firms to grow, scale, and achieve sustainable success.

The name Two Hundred and Twelve is used metaphorically to illustrate the idea of going the extra mile or putting in that additional effort that can make a significant difference in achieving success. It originates from the fact that water boils at 212 degrees Fahrenheit (100 degrees Celsius). The additional one degree of heat transforms water from hot to boiling, resulting in the creation of steam, which can power machines and produce tremendous energy.

Our name symbolizes our willingness to give that extra degree of effort that is necessary to help our partners constantly reach and exceed their goals. It’s this determination and mindset that sets our firm apart and helps our advisors build and sustain successful advisory practices.
